Sam is a Senior Engineer with a Master of Polymer Engineering from Zhejiang University. With a background in the research and development of polymer synthesis of compatibilisers, and application and development of functional additives, he is familiar with the compatible design principle of polymer alloy modification.

At present, Sam is engaged in the research and development of Fine-blend products, responsible for technical support, product regulations, new project contact and research.
