Pavel graduated as an engineer on system for automatic development, has over 15 years' experience in the plastics industry, gained both in Italy and abroad.

He managed sales in Europe and Asia and later specialized in process automation solutions, with a particular focus on recycling. He currently supports the Piovan Group's global sales network to promote recycling applications, instruments of analysis and integrated systems, contributing to the sustainability of the polymer industry.
