Mike has over 30 years’ experience in the resource management and recycling sector and oversees EXPRA’s topic information network on technical matters.  Around half of his career has been spent in commercial roles in industry and the remainder as a consultant.  Throughout he has been heavily involved in the plastics recycling supply chain.  He has an in-depth knowledge of operational, technical, and policy issues related to waste plastic pre-treatment and recycling as well as Extended Producer Responsibility.  As well as EXPRA, Mike works with several European associations working on delivering a circular economy for plastics.
